very happy to have Katrina Byrnes, formerly operations manger of Boeing organising construction and commissioning  Anteotech's production facility. 80k-100K litre capacity at around $400/litre

for a micro cap company like ADO, who would be better than ewen to have guided us thru the ferroglobe court case? we smashed the court case against ferro who had $1.65B US revenue last year.

and with ewen who was involved in

• Rio Tinto – response to BHP's US$192 billion takeover bid, the second-largest takeover bid of all time and the first ever takeover involving two Australian-UK dual-listed companies.
• Wesfarmers – $20 billion acquisition of Coles Group, the largest takeover in Australian corporate history
• Foster's Group – response to SABMiller's takeover proposal.

• St.George Bank – merger with Westpac Banking Corporation.

• OneSteel – acquisition of Smorgon Steel.

what shareholder would really believe that ewen (even more after meeting him) would allow deals with SIOI, vidcare, EV1, EV2, separator co, giga factory etc, not to be secure and equitable

if you don't believe that terms are signed why the hell would you be invested in ADO??? and thats right they have AnteoX in ev1's battery prototype at this minute. Merc or BMW or VW ???

then with non dilutionary funding, we have Katherine who has been on boards and lead many gov't  and industry projects. one being Arena where she was a director who is distributing $m's in battery funding. she would understand the bureaucracy procedure as well as anyone.

soon to have Fabian as VP of sales in europe and the US with his Varta connections.

the market hasn't valued any of the above. and it is right of course but for how long ????
