just some thoughts
history shows that getting a no vote across the line is very difficult. the cr options yes vote won, last year David's options yes vote won
personally not that upset about the 5.4m shares incentive rights as I see it as part of his wage structure. that saves the company money in these tight financial times. not sure about the 10.8m options at the moment. I suspect that 2024 has been a significant year of development for anteotech but it has not been reflected in the sp of 2.6c. think David may have to take s/holders with him to be rewarded the full 16m shares this time. will be interesting to see what happens.
if all the announced milestones get achieved the 5.4m shares will pay David handsomely.
just another thing, watched a bit this week about Elon's launch last week, robots and automated vehicles. Anteotech CET is in a sweet spot of an exponentially expanding market. ev's, robotics, power tools, medical devices, power storage etc. and we have 4 swings at it with, anteoX additive, ultranode, separators and carbon nano tubes ( plus ev1 is mercedes. far out anteoX is in mercede's prototype battery being tested right now)
lastly, only 4 weeks to the agm and about double that to the end of the year. plenty could still be announced. reckon management are waiting for the tax rebate before releasing the quarterly. these are the others
