IDK Gerrado. Nice to think some might change their rusted-on ways. But I doubt it. Then, later, they’ll squeal about the massive dilution. I voted “No” to everything last year. I think it was the first time I’ve ever done so…a “protest vote” some call it. I think a few others must have done so, too, because I recall the Chairman having a little whinge about it. My response is this; if you don’t want the possibility of ANY resolution being defeated, then remove the “No” option from the ballot. That would ensure complete adherence to the Board’s wishes. But then, why even bother with a vote? We’re drifting into CCP territory here…
