Porsche buyers are a different breed imo they like everything about combustion, the roar of the engine etc. Lighter more nimble handling.
Merc on the other hand is about comfort. They have always been heavy and are not nimble and noisy.
Batteries make this weight even worse, but the power is instant from 1 to 60. Everyone likes that.
It's less of an issue for Merc especially once we make them lighter etc etc. Two different market segments altogether.
For your average punter on the other hand EVs are a better option. For others a high breed will meet their needs but long term all roads lead to EVs imo.
Storage batteries to ear pods it's all good for Anteotech.
