I am an investor and long term holder of ADO - over 13 years.Like many other long term share holders, I continue to hold through a strong belief in the future value our leading edge technology, which however, is also balanced by a significant level of frustration in the poor performance of our company, as reflected by our dismal share price and lack of buying interest. This frustration has a lot to do with after holding for such a long time, my significant investment is still underwater.Long term investments with ongoing “promise”, but an inability to actually deliver commercially, will always be a major irritation to investors - and I must highlight investors, not traders, as I am sure some of the better and more diligent traders, have probably done well with ADO over the journey. So like it or not, what has happened is in the past, hindsight would be great, but won’t change anything. All I can do is again re-ask the big question - with the current knowledge/information of where ADO is now, would I invest in ADO today and would factoring in my frustration and ADO’s history really help my decision. After this consideration, my position is yes I would and therefore I will continue to hold and again, must temper the frustration with patience. My reasons for continuing to hold are based on what I think are the 4 major issues for commercial success in the energy storage market:1. Improved performance in storage capacity and improved charging times. If what we have been told about ADO technology application in this are we are world class in this respect.2. Economy /CostADO has claims here, with some significant validation, that we possibly have the lowest cost solution with respect to storage and charging.3. Ease of integration.ADO’s technology, whilst being highly effective, can easily be integrated into existing manufacturing systems.4. Safety/Flammabilty.Whilst we still need further verification, it would seem that by incorporating ADO technology, combined with much higher levels of Silicon, that ADO will be able to offer one of the worlds' safest battery storage systems. In my opinion, whilst battery storage Technology is advancing at a remarkably rapid pace, not too many companies/alternate technologies, can offer solutions to all of the above considerations. It would appear, from what is reported, that ADO can.If this is indeed the case, then the market capitalisation of ADO, should even now, be many multiples of the current measly $65 million. Also, it would appear that history, frustration and lack commercial verification, are still over riding our remarkable technical progress. It is fully understandable how a companies past performance influences the markets assessment of future success and it would appear that this is most definitely the case with ADO.Every one has to make their own assessment of ADO, based on their own risk profile and financial position, but for me it continues to be a less, but still risked investment with a massive upside.Accordingly, I personally think it would be foolish to walk away, when the finish line is surely very close.
