here's my take on the agm resolutions

as I have said before voting down resolutions is difficult to do. this is the result for voting on the options for the recent cr



only 700m votes received, so you can expect the majority of shareholders not to vote again ( more evidence of this is you look) and usually the majority of the voters don't want to upset the apple cart and vote yes (happened with the performance shares last year as well).

this year management have given 2 seperate resolutions for David's performance shares. some will vote no, some yes to all.

what I'm leaning to at the moment is to vote yes to res3 for the 5.4m shares. reckon david has done the ground work to set up the foundations of company for success this year. even at the current sp it's a good bonus. if 1/2 of what he's told the market comes true it will be substantial in the future.

unfortunately even with what I said above, he hasn't improved  the sp and shareholders value while doing this. so at the moment (this could change) I am voting no to the 10.8m option package, res4

this way shows I support to David but also give a protest vote at the same time. if others with similar feelings did the same, added to the no for all voters, res4 could be a successful protest vote to David

it will be a yes from me for res5. shares to the staff are warranted IMO. the marketing of the company and the last raise have stifled the sp but the staff in both the CET and lifescience divisions have done brilliantly in developing and expanding Anteo's products and deserve to have a small slice of  the company.

anyway just my opinion and something to maybe think about.
