Dont promote tech or promote to investors....or to encourage anyone to invest 2. allow share price to fall to be almost nothing.. 3. free shares and performance options shares awarded at historically low levels. 4, let it rip after just before AGM or soon after announcing deals & technology advancements 5. thank you very much for approving all those free shares shareholders 6. eternally grateful - you have paid for your shares shareholders - we are all in this together $$$$$ 7. You should be thanking us....the CEO - custodian of shareholder value.
Soon David will the largest shareholder.. he is paid $500,000 / year already...
No one can be serious....& genuinely think this is acceptable when the share price is 2.6 cents and was 9 cents when he started.
Most shareholders would agree to the CEO receiving 10,800,000 free options being awarded at 10 cents +++.. but 4.8 cents... half the market cap when he started...
