"even if David comes home with a deal, it doesn't excuse the price of this cr. how many companies/brokers pump the sp on news and then announce a cr. this management has done the opposite with the last 2 raises. the only reason it's at 2 cents is b/c management wanted it. just one eg. in the quarterly it was announced that Ultranode hit 900 cycles. it was our testing. where is the graph showing the performance (which I believe to be world leading or minimum top handful). we were given graphs with wH/kg for anteoX at 100, 600 1000 cycles. why didn't they promote that. they didn't want the sp to be higher IMO !!!!"

they dropped the last CR on us and then this one, with zero promotion. The list of what they could be promoting is a pretty long list indeed. So why zero promotion? why the rush before the AGM? why the rush to get the shares issued prior to the voting closing date?
As with the previous CR, we noticed strong selling into an uptrend the weeks prior to the raise.
Who here suspected we'd be getting a CR now? I certainly didn't. The fact the broker was still working closely with David was ringing alarm bells but I suspected any CR would be done in the new year.
Doing a CR at 2 cents after news of Mercedes testing our Ultranode????? hard to believe really
If David once again comes back from Europe empty handed ( I sure hope someone packed a pen for him this time ) then it could be one very unpleasant AGM
