Whilst I agree with keeping non top20 shareholders in the dark, I think the comment about doing a great job of transforming the company is a bit amiss.
A CEO has many responsibilities, however improving shareholder returns sits at the top of the list. In order to do this, a CEO needs to execute well and manage capital - both of which David has done an extremely poor job.
Someone can transform a company all they want, but at the end of the day, performance and results matter and David has failed miserably.
There is no way David has my vote nor support, the way he has treated us shareholders is a disgrace and I would love to see the back of him.
