the company has an obligation to immediately inform
shareholders of any signed deal or formal agreement.
I find it strange the company has done a capital raise 2 weeks before the AGM when they knew they would be ridiculed & questioned over such a strategy - especially after the recent raise with free options attached.
so either CEO will deliver a banger announcement & be a hero - or won’t & have a cloud over his head regarding the reasons for it. - interesting times indeed
shareholders who don’t participate get diluted so why wouldn’t you if you can.
at this ALL we have is rumours - chatter - which has been going on for many years with this company.
it means nothing until a deal is signed
