    Just playing devils advocate here and FWIW I think ADO's ability to market themselves to shareholders is shizenhousen. Marketing to brokers and Instos doesn't help retail shareholders.

    May 23 the company provided a presentation whereby the share price increased +20% and was met with a please explain by the ASX. 2 months later they did a CR. Maybe they did try to influence the share-price and because of the please explain they delayed the CR.

    March 24 the company advised they had received the QLD government grant which saw an increase in the share price. 1 week later they did a CR

    October 23 the CEO purchased on market, there was a 40K sale of the ultranode to EV1, and the announcing of EV1 as Mercedes following a *cough cough* undisclosed query from the ASX. the company then announced a $4M government grant, and then 2 weeks later they did their CR.

    So maybe they have tried multiple angles to influence the shareprice but on each occasion it has'nt worked thanks to brokers pushing the price back down.

    As for LIS, the presentation that they provided had a lot of holes in it, but it sure came across as impressive if you don't know what you're looking at. The shareprice took off and 2 days later there was a change of substantial holding whereby an entity had dumped +10% of company ownership. Again maybe this was brokers in play.

    Like I said, just playing devils advocate here and FWIW I think ADO's ability to market themselves to shareholders is shizenhousen. Marketing to brokers and Instos doesn't help retail shareholders.
