    Seems to me no deal by end of year hence the raise.
    Insto and sophs bought in at 2c as they will easily be able to pump on hopium of that EV1 deal before Xmas and easily dump above 2c and make easy profit
    Simple really.
    We get screwed but have our chance to vote no options for David unless I’m wrong.
