    History, a history of promise with no delivery. Been going on for at least 2 decades (20 years) if you havn't noticed. Shareholders very frustrated with the executive who promise but never ever deliver significant contracts, revenue or profits. Consistently poor form. No one should reward poor form in any form of life.
