I understand your point Wally, but in my opinion DR and his ridiculous ‘no news is good news’ mantra is the cause of this discontent. In the absence of real news we are left with a dwindling share price, another capital raising entailing further significant dilution, our CEO with his hand out for performance shares while stubbornly refusing to share with us his actual performance.

Couple this with the cosy calls to large holders offering them comfort and reassurance. Not exactly honest and forthright in my opinion.

The bloke is failing to perform at the standards he set for himself and yet he continues to refuse to communicate with ALL shareholders.

And you wonder why people are up in arms? As far as asking questions, well, the jokes on us. They just don’t respond. Even at the AGM they avoid the difficult questions by spouting fluff and bs.

“No news is good news” is nothing more than a middle finger salute to the vast majority of shareholders and the whole board should be ashamed of allowing this insult to continue. But, the ability to feel shame requires that one possesses integrity in the first place.
