I understand we want to blame the CEO for everything and he has been there for 2 years wheres the deal etc etc, but we need to put things into perspective he came into a mess initially which took months to clean up and then inherited another mess with a lawsuit —looking back it feels like he didn’t really take on the role until March 2024, after the Ferroglobe lawsuit settlement. To me, it seemed the whole goal was to take down or bankrupt ADO, so the team really deserves credit for pulling us out of that mess.
At the end of the day, we're not exactly flush with cash, and players like Hawkesbury and SI Traders will certainly take advantage of that.
I’m not convinced about the current fundraising when we have cash until April—it doesn’t really add up. If it’s because the EV companies want us to be well-capitalized before they’ll engage, then fine, we’ll accept that.
But until we get recognition for that crucial deal, the company’s value is essentially nothing. We need someone to officially confirm that our product has value and is worth something.
We all get emotional about this, but the reality is, ADO is still a struggling stock until someone proves otherwise.
Hopefully we get something before the AGM or we see what the AGM brings and hopefully provides some clarity.
