You can see the timing of the MB association via the announcement on 18 October was intended to propel the sp beyond the 3c mark before announcing another CR at around the previous one of around 2.5c
This would have at least give some comfort to those who bought into the previous CR. They ran out of time and couldn't wait any longer so had to strike the CR a 2c upsetting many, but the cards were on the table well before this for those who pay attention.
AS with the previous 3 - 5 years of CR's my motto NOT ONE CENT MORE prevails.
Reason? I anticipate I will be able to buy them on market below 2c once the dust settles.
