Sorry Capt'n, but FACT. We've had them times over & over ... and been constantly disappointed.
Maybe this time?
My attitude is simple - do I trust management ? and I frankly don't know, but due to their (supposed) quality and reputations I am prepared to keep on hanging on.
Words, one way or the other, don't influence me any more. No grumbles, just wait it out with hope.
