That bit of rewarding shareholders jumped out at me too (1:10 in the video https://www.listcorp.com/asx/ado/anteotech/news/anteotech-charging-up-the-future-of-evs-3117094.html). Not looking like a reward at the moment but I will see what unfolds in the near term. Am i happy were at 2c? Absolutely not.
Another thing to note is that its not usual to have the SI placement smaller in value than the shareholder entitlement offer.
