    It's a sure fire way of demotivating those from taking up their allotment, starting to look very compelling, I wonder if they can drive it down to 1.8c tomorrow, this is how the big boys play the game, brokerage hardly comes into it now. Fast money on the offering! Be adventurous when others are fearful, I think Buffet said that?
