@opel24v I follow and invest in a company on the Nasdaq that had a history of bad CR (Before my time) and everyone thought they had enough cash based on reported cash burn to get through to key data in Q4. But you know what they raised unexpectedly despite this. Sound familiar?
The reason I am so unemotional about it all is that it happens everywhere and it's obvious it was done by the company to assist mm's in keeping the SP surpressed until the money moment does happen. They will never admit that but we all know it's true.
The point is there is nothing we can actually do against these people it's just wasting energy in a negative say. Your only option in these circumstances is to try to time it the best you can to have a seat in economy while the fat cats are in first class when things take off. Unfortunately it isn't always possible but that's the life of a retain invest imo.
Thats my pragmatic view on things.
