Cap raise at 2c and another truck load of shares issued clearly devalues the company further.
The following taken from the offer booklet would not engender confidence either if anyone reads it.
Probably standard offer blurb, but clearly it's a possible reality if no contracts are forthcoming in the "near future", whatever that means to the company.
On the upside, if directors are in for their full entitlement, that's got to be a good sign.
