IMO the options give the company easier access to capital should it need it in the future - so I can’t see how voting “no” is “better for the company”. Yes the options may cause dilution, but that’s the price we pay for the benefit.
I get that long suffering shareholders (including me) are upset by the current state of affairs, but we should be careful not to let our emotions drive how we vote. IMO voting “no” would be like cutting off your nose to spite your face.
