You are correct in one sense but not in another and that is my main beef with raise, and most raises of this ilk, and that is that the sophs were made the offer first. Their deal was done prior to the SPP being offered, which meant that they had the chance to sell the shares purchased from a much higher base than us shareholders. There is the conundrum, as the sell down by the sophs I guess, has resulted in the value of the SPP being questionable at current share price, so NO, current shareholders are NOT offered the same opportunity as the sophs - it may be the same on paper but it is certainly not in reality.
