I wonder whether those who are against the Options actually applied for more shares in the SPP; or have they since bought 'on market' choosing not to support the company trying to raise money for survival and hopefully ultimate success.
I don't like the current situation or terms of the placement or SPP at all but am still supporting the company in it's endeavours for success, could it have been done any better - of course IMHO, but they probably wouldn't have raised enough through just a Cap raise with current SH so they probably were held over a barrel when they negotiated the terms of the Placement, FWIW I don't believe they should have caved in for the 2nd Options tranch and the 2 for 1 tradeable Options should have been at greater than 5c and closer to 10c but it is what it is and ADO needs to remain solvent.
