They've engaged with the right companies ALL along, now that they have AnteoX & Ultranode & data to back them, they can set Fabian loose. He is well credentialed, and AnteoTech's products are now bulketproof marketable.
So you (and everyone else) have waited & waited, but until AnteoTech had the data, they couldn't capitalise - PERIOD.
As for SP stress - JIMHO look to our "friends" in Pune - someone is accumulating, except on festival day holidays.
