Hi Anydaynow, I think it’s unjust to deny CaptainBlood his rights as per the rights issue and constitution. The advantages and disadvantages carry greater significance than confining to a specific circumstance. Up to this point, the discussion has highlighted the lack of immediate benefits in approving the options. However this stance might evolve based on future company announcements that justify the potential for significant dilution. The fact that a director expressed indifference suggests that options may not be essential at this time…
We already have evidence the funds are enough to support any immediate grants or grants in development…Not forgetting the 20,000 lt pilot plant has been completed and readiness for revenue…
