"Trust me when I say No news is good news"

It sure looks like "no news is good news" is a mechanism to hide failures.

This week David is in Europe and as always we hope he comes back with a contract in hand and as usual he'll come back empty handed.

The past almost two years has shown that David is not a sales guy. Why is he still negotiating deals when he's shown he can't get a contract of any kind?

He's our CEO. He's meant to be running the company not doing deals.

The most stupid thing about all this is we have a CMO when what we badly need is a Sales Director or just someone with a set of balls on them.

Someone with a proven track record in sales. The Americans know how to sell. The average Australian is too timid.

If a company wants to work with us, the correct order of doing business is:

Development agreement with payment upfront - clear milestones with attached payments - once milestones have been met - commercial agreement

If a partner doesn't want to pay a cent to work with us, then move onto the next that will.
