if I was a big EV company. I wouldn't lock sign any kind of a deal. I'd let Anteotech become as cash strapped as possible. Let the MC get decimated. Then when it comes time to negotiate a deal, when Anteo are on the bones of their arse, offer them a really shit deal. Anteotech would have to take it or it's another CR again. This CR has burnt a few bridges.

We've been saying this for a long time. Negotiate from a position of power right from the start. If the partner doesn't want to sign a deal, they are not your friend. Move onto the next partner that doesn't want to screw you and who is prepared to pay for world leading technology
