so 136m options will be issued.
136m at 3.5 c = $4.76m
double dip options
136m at 5c = $6.8m
total option = $11.56m
which is half of what you have said. maybe you didn't factor in the 2 for one deal
I maybe wrong in my calculations. it definitely sounds a better deal with your $23m+ calculation. could you show how you got your total b/c that could probably change my vote
