    I'll throw out another possibility. After signing the MOU -> validating the tech -> entering into comercial discussions,

    Wyon said show us the goods

    I find it a bit of a coincidence that in October we were told the Anteo X™ production facility was validated at a commercial scale. And then in November we were told a Wyon rep had visited Anteotech "to validate the capabilities of the company".
