I see options as a strategy used by companies to imply better...

I see options as a strategy used by companies to imply better days ahead, for the general 'investor' they would think if the company issues them at that price they believe that they will surely reach that price? Will they? That's a long time to tie up valuable money on the premise it will get there even though more CR's may be required along the way at a discount to maintain operations.

One reason I don't EVER participate in CR's! There's the bait, will you take it for promises of better days ahead.............................err NO!
