What I’d like to see is a little section of each quarterly dedicated to what (if anything) each parasite actually contributed to move the company forward. And I don’t just mean a “record of attendance at board meetings”…that doesn’t mean anything to me.
Of course, that would come under the heading of “accountability” so that will never happen.
