Do we know what version of Ultranode Mercedes are testing?

Would 908 cycles at 70% retention cut the mustard?

I always thought 1,000 cycles at 80% retention was the minimum requirement for an EV, but seems like the EV industry works off a 70% capacity retention threshold for a manufacture warranty, with the standard typically being 8yr/160,000ks

900 cycles would be 270,000ks so appears an Ultranode of 908 cycles at 70% retention would be more than sufficient.

But if you were Mercedes, why not just wait the extra few months for the Gen 2 Ultranode of 1,000 cycles at 80% retention. Going a bit rouge here, but maybe AnteoTech have already achieved 1,000 cycles at 80% retention and it's currently being independently verified by Mercedes. Both for their own use, and as a requirement to receive the ARENA Grant.

*Also just want to add that the consumer electronics industry appears to use 80% capacity retention for a manufacturing warranty. Just thought it was interesting.
