what I'm hoping for is the vidcare test is approved and that triggers a commercial agreement. It'd most likely cause the shortfall to be placed and best case scenario, the options to be in the money
as always I'm hoping for the best but prepared for the worst
they did go early with the last CR. There is nothing stopping them from doing a CR today to further firm up the balance sheet.
They have demonstrated they are not concerned with the SP.
