i'll put this here as it also involves ADO, i posted this on the ACW forum

just four days ago Monday Feb 3rd i placed an order to buy 35k ACW at 2.6c, at 3,59pm some turkey from a hedge fund dumped just 40 shares on me, value of the "trade" was $1.02 and i was charged brokerage of $4.99 by commsec. Since then the price has risen, i upped the order to 2.8c playing "catchups" but still didn't get them, rang comsec trying to reverse the so called "trade" but they said as the order is still in market they cant do anything, so i cancelled the balance of the order, that being 34,960 buy at 2.8c and they said they would re-imburse my $4.99 it will take a couple of days, hopefully when i sell my 40 shares history wont repeat. Curiously, the same thing happened on January 14th when i sold just 217 ADO shares value was $4.12, but this time i was NOT CHARGED BROKERAGE ! ? ? WTF is the difference ? where's the consistency ? This is what us great unwashed retail shareholders are up against, the $500 minimum trade rule must be enforced FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. ASIC and the ASX are bending the rules for their special friends who turn over the bulk of the money being pumped (and dumped) into the sharemarket.

    sentiment: seething with rage
position : lock up the people not enforcing the rules and latting the average Joe and Josephine suffer
