Management's apparent lack of concern at the shameful SP, due in large part to the CR(s) driven destruction, lead me to a worrying conclusion.
(This is why I am a dumbskull) - are they angling to take the company private? Destroy shareholder confidence whilst building fundamental value, then pounce.
