Any company at this level of business that is burning $1.7m a quarter on staff and corporate costs - well….what more needs to be said. Biggest red flag you will see. No fiscal maintenance.
How many CR’s, R+D refunds ETC recently funding huge salaries and corporate costs ? And for what gain other than burn without succesful outcomes ?
I remember another junior chem tech company in the last five years. Very similar, raise and raise, huge quarterly cashburn, huge salary and corporate costs, hope every quarterly spouted, research and development - DFC funding (US government), even Mitsubishi was slated as a potential partner at one stage. Needless to say VA became its destiny.
BTW - have directors participated at their full capacity on each CR ? Just curious….
