Radford has operated as a CEO. The the whole company has been heavily restructured and focused.... it would be awesome to see the company org chart and responsibilities before and after he came in with the restructure mandate and how pointed each facet has been. "We are not there yet", that was the quote from Ewen in November - last year there was anticipation that EV1(Merc) would lock down - timelines have changed again and the strategy of leveraging the generous options at 3.5cents were missed. Hence the panicked 2cent CR.
Again, he was not given AnteoX, AnteoNXT, AnteoBind on a pretty plate ready for customers to devour... we forget he came into the company with shit splattered all over the walls from Derek's dismal "red wedding" webinar update. No excuses for him, but it hasnt been a cake walk role.
Personally he's got until the next AGM - and I'm confident we will land our first marquee contract, along with substantial growth in the AnteoBind/NXT revenue.
