how are s/holders wanting a change in CEO, thinking it will happen
- David is going to walk. why would he with all his options. I wouldn't if I was in his position
- from the agm. ewen is strongly supporting David. can't see the other directors inciting a coup
- shareholders had a chance to vote down David's option bonuses 2 months ago ( I was a vocal no vote) and it got passed. so an EGM could be called but what chance is there of s/holders voting him out? not good when performance bonus shares got passed
IMO, whether you look at his leadership as good or bad, he is there till at least the agm.
having said all that, it's a good thing, that fabian will be taking some responsibility from David with dealing with our CET partners and Merrill will be adding a new perspective to the boards decisions.
a pivotal few months coming up.
