probably the easiest way is to wait until closer to the AGM and lodge a resolution ( David Radford to be removed as CEO ) for shareholders to vote on. I think it might have to be lodged at least 28 days prior to the AGM. It can be done sooner and I won't at all be surprised to see it happen as by now 99% of holders have probably had enough.
"A company director can be removed by shareholders in Australia through an ordinary resolution, which requires a majority vote of shareholders holding more than 50% of the voting shares. This can be done even if the removal is not agreed upon between the director and the company. "
