But we've heard it all before over the last 10+ years... always on the brink of success - nothint ever comes to fruition.
no one denies it's challenging, but at what stage do you take stock of who is in charge and question whether they have what it takes to lead from the front and add demonstrable value to the bottom line ?
id rather rip the band aid sooner rather than later when there's something to salvage and give someone a chance to turn things around. The alternative is we go belly up and the opportunity is lost completely
