The market controls the ADO SP because they don't believe that they can commercialize their battery IP. Until ADO prove up significant income from any of their intellectual property then the reality is the SP will languish at these levels or recede to the next CR level. The last few CR's have been a disaster for those who subscribed and that certainly doesn't fill the market with optimism. A very sad story for those long term believers.
