again, I'd rather rip off the band aid now whilst there's a chance for something to be recovered before it's too late to do anything

we keep hearing the companies never been in better shape but to be fair we've heard a lot of that over the last 10 years and it always turns out to be smoke and mirrors - so by tangible I am referring to commercial deals or public announcements demonstrating progress rather than CIC and/or non committal evaluations
