    All ASX Top 20 shareholders receive communication from the companies they invest - from Westpac lunching with their top 20 shareholders superannuation fund reps to small caps where CEO's of other companies actually ring each top 20 shareholder directly.

    I guess historically - the Top 20 are more able and connected to support the company through the business cycle - one company I was involved with had a forum on **...

    Nothing was said to the top 20 shareholders that was confidential in nature or market sensitive.

    Also consider the Top 20 have the ability to lobby the board for change...
