If we see a turnaround in the SP, I daresay it will be from top20 shareholders convinced that swing is near.... get the SP back over 2cents, puts the balance of SPP on the table for the top20 to gobble up at a healthy profit.
Only speculating, but feel there may be a quick return to 2cents+ soon.
