The thing is - proposals are out there with prospects - when they do or if they sign is the question - David can only provide the old " in the near term" what else can he say - i'm sure the information he is getting back from prospects is most likely the same - "soon we'll make a decision".
If and when a deal drops it will most likely be unexpected - hopefully it will be a pleasant surprise for all.
