Well said captain, I agree with everything you said. Sometimes it's not what is said but how it is said, which is evident in the way sentiment clearly changed for at least a few of those who were lucky enough to partake in the 'real' seasion

today I dialled into the full year results webinar of another company I hold, the difference was night and day.

now I appreciate it was for the full year rather than half year but still, whilst the information wasn't new (very much like ADO) the CEO took it seriously, gave it the attention it deserved and made the effort to address pretty much EVERY question, even when he couldn’t respond openly. His respect for the shareholders who took the time to dial in and listen was clear eg on a few occasions said he would like to wrap it up after the 1 hr mark however kept pushing it out due to more questions coming in and ended up running 10 or so minutes over time.

Being reminded what great leadership looks like, I'm again just really unimpressed with David and his arrogance - and again believe it would be best if he moved on as soon as possible
