So the top twenty made a pact to be a pack, presumably to feast on the short fall at an even bigger discount, safe in the knowledge that the mongrel will lead them to feast further on a near term deal.
Why else would they not be buying on market, unless they had reassurances a deal is near. If that's being a mongrel, the whole rabid pack should be put down.
In the meantime, the rest of us have to make a huge guess if that's true or false in order to make a buy/sell decision.
