It's the pretentious up ramping that is a concern (then non-delivery), and that should even be a concern for ADO management who are doing a great job at trying to get a contract signed. Up ramping helps no-one because it implies immediate success and riches to those who get quick at rock bottom prices the typical FOMO, then disappointment!
Management will announce when they good and ready and I'd rather they cross the t's and dot the i's before making timelines that cannot otherwise be met.
