That says a lot about the well intentioned 'loyal shareholders' (not me I'm not that loyal with my hard earned$$) who took up the last offer at 2c, and that was at a 26% discount at the time.
So the top 20 get them cheap(er) at the expense of the mum's and dad's, the golden fleece!
